305 East 51st Street #15F
BEFORE / AFTER
Full staging and transformation for a property going up for sale, working under a tight timeline and with a mix of dated furniture pieces, some of which needed to be reused. By focusing on smart placement, refreshed styling, and a cohesive design direction, we were able to completely shift the feel of the home without a full renovation or complete furniture replacement. Through strategic edits, updated accessories, and thoughtful layering, the entire vibe of the property changed.
The results spoke for themselves: The home sold in just two weeks. Even the buyer was surprised by the transformation, saying: “I cannot believe this is the same place I saw a few years ago. It looks so different, fresh and charming.” This project is a great example of how impactful staging and smart design decisions can be, even with limited time and existing pieces. It’s not always about replacing everything, it’s about reimagining the potential of what’s already there.
